How To Put On Hockey Gear

First you put on the jock shorts because it
will protect you from being hurt in the middle part of your body. There is
another reason to wear this is to keep your hockey socks up.

Second you put on the knee pads to protect your self from
getting hit or slash in the knees from the players stick. You also can put tape
on your pads to make it more tight.

Third you put on your socks and make sure there fasten to
your jock shorts so they won’t fall down. Also your wear them because it’s part
of your uniform.

Fourth you put on your hockey pants so that it will protect
your behind and your tail bone from getting hit with a puck. If you fall on the
ice it will help you from being hurt.

Fifth you put on your chest protector it helps you from
getting hit in the back from the puck and getting check into the boards. Also
if you get hit in the stomach with some body’s hockey stick.

Sixth you place on your elbow pads so you won’t get hit with
a stick in the elbow and also if you fall down your elbows can get cut from the
ice. You can put tape on these to make them tight.

Seventh you would put on your jersey because it is also
another part of your uniform. Also it’s worn to represent your league too.

Eighth you put on skates so you can skate on the ice to play
the game also you have to tie them so they won’t fall off and remember to
sharpen them. You can put them on any time getting dress after you put on your
hockey pants.

Ninth you put on your neck guard to make sure that you won’t
get hit with a puck in the throat. You
also wear this to help you from being hurt in neck.

Tenth you put on your helmet with a face mask so you won’t
get hit in the face or mouth. Also most important if you fall on the ice you
won’t get a head injury.

Eleventh you put on your hockey gloves to help you not get
slash in the hand. They also give you a good grip.

Remember to wear all your gear to be safe so you won’t get
hurt and you can finally have a game of hockey and remember to have fun!
