Volunteers/Flower Power Instructions

Notice for Parent Volunteers 

The parent volunteer tea is coming up May 31 so if you helped out with school activities than your welcome to come.
Our class is making special flowers for the tea. A student (me) is making super special origami roses for the volunteers.
Flower Power Instructions:
Materials: square origami paper,and pipecleaner.
1. Fold across the paper diagonally so the corners touch
2.Unfold and repeat then unfold. You should have a X across your page.
3. Hold the opposite corners push forward and shape into a triangle.
4. Make the triangle so the point is facing you.
5.Fold the outer edges to the middle crease. Turn the paper over and reapeat on the back.
6.Curl the 4 points at the top over a toothpick or pencil.
7. Poke your finger inside andspread the flower open.
8. For the stem,curl one end of a pipecleaner and pierce a tiny hole in the bottom of the flower.
9. Insert the stem from the top.
